Breakfast Pizza

2 pkgs. Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
5-6 hash brown patties (found in the frozen potatoes section), browned
6 extra large eggs beaten with 2 -3 tbsp. milk, then scrambled.
1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage, browned, crumbled and drained
1 ½ - 2 cups medium cheddar cheese, grated
1 large round pizza pan (a rectangular cookie sheet will also work)

Lightly butter pizza pan, including edge. Gently stretch and press unrolled crescent rolls onto pizza pan, seaming each as you go and pressing the dough up the lip of the pan to form a piecrust type edge.

Assembly:

Break hash brown into small pieces, spreading evenly over crust. Repeat with eggs and sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until edge of crust is a golden brown. (NOTE: This can also be assembled the night before, covered, refrigerated, and baked the next morning.)
